The Design Thinking Lab was founded in 2018 with the active support of the Wonderfull Design Thinking Lab, with the participation of international experts and practitioners. In the educational center on the territory of the Fabrika CTI, curators and teachers conduct training both for companies and in the form of open programs for everyone who wants to get acquainted with design thinking and master the tools of the method.

The creators of the center are experts in the design thinking method with unique practical experience in various industries: Maria Stashenko (founder of Wonderfull, academic member of the Design Management Institute (USA), author of the Harvard Business Review), Evgenia Cherkashina (moderator, workshop leader on design thinking, certified facilitator of Lego Serious Play), Oliver Kempkens (curator of the "d.standards" program, graduate of d. school, managing director of ADAPT OR DIE VENTURES), Sergey Komardenkov (graduate of the University of Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design and Rochester Institute of Technology, USA), Marusya Gorfil (producer of the certification program for facilitators, producer in popular publications), Irina Teplitskaya (expert in the field of business restructuring and investment management).
