Repetition and distinction

On August 4 at 19.00 the Fabrika Centre for Creative Industries and the Rodchenko Moscow School of Photography and Multimedia present the exhibition "Repetition and Difference".

The exhibition is presented in two parts. They represent two possible views of the present. At the same time, the artists talk about the third dimension, which is fundamentally different from the first two in that it allows to create other, new conditions.

The exhibition presented at the Fabrika Centre for Creative Industries is based on the work with the historical context of the building, which allowed to start a conversation about useless repetition, monotonous work and irreplaceability.

The exhibition includes projects by eleven artists in different techniques: installation, photography, sculpture, ceramics and others. The second part of the project will start on 23 August at the Art.Ru agency.

The exhibition is organised with the support of the SFERA Foundation for Contemporary Art.

The exhibition is part of the Rodchenko School programme "Thinking with the exhibition: the exhibition as a dialectical and polyphonic space" under the direction of Nicolas Audoureau.

Opening hours: Tuesday - Friday from 12.00 to 19.00, Saturday - Sunday from 12.00 to 20.00.
